Rooted in a people-first, design-driven approach, it offers a flexible process for exploring local contexts, generating ideas, and testing strategies for change.

Developed through years of experience in public space work across Sweden, Lebanon, and Türkiye, the toolkit guides users through a flexible, people-first process rooted in creativity, collaboration, and systems thinking.

How to Work With Us
The Design for Urban Change Toolkit has been developed through two years of prototyping and testing in collaboration with universities, municipalities, and cultural organizations. These real-world trials have helped us refine the content, process, and design, leading up to the final release planned for January 2026.
The toolkit is still in its prototype phase and is currently available through facilitated workshops or collaboration requests.
