Building Team Alignment Through AI Transformation with Contentor
Challenge:
As AI transforms how Contentor works internally and with their clients, the company needed to navigate a significant transition. Contentor innovates with new tools to support businesses scale and launch in new markets through context-specific translations. They were ready for AI transformation but needed to create alignment across departments to better deliver processes and value to clients and stakeholders—all while ensuring the team could continue to learn, grow, and communicate the values of their AI transformation.
Our Approach:
We partnered with Contentor over a full year cycle, combining strategic facilitation, research, and hands-on design support:
Facilitated Workshops: Designed and led collaborative sessions that created space for cross-departmental dialogue, helping teams explore AI integration while building shared understanding of how transformation impacts their work and values
UX Research: Conducted user research and user journey mapping to inform their digital strategy and communication
Website Development: Provided hands-on design support to communicate their evolving value proposition
End-of-Year Workshop: Closed the year with a reflective retreat to consolidate learnings, celebrate progress, and align on next steps
Outcome:
Achieved strong cross-departmental alignment on AI strategy, renewed team energy, and clarity on how to communicate their transformation to clients. The collaboration created lasting impact, Contentor immediately planned continued workshops to maintain momentum, team cohesion, and alignment as they scale their AI-powered translation services.
At Contentor, collaboration is at the heart of everything we do and Abbas helped bring that to life. He created a space that was both energising and reflective, helping our team pause, connect, and see our work with fresh perspective. His hands-on, creative workshop brought clarity, alignment, and a stronger sense of team spirit so much that we plan to end the year with another workshop.
