Our approach to collaboration

We use design-driven methods to help teams and communities learn, imagine, and act together.

Inquire

We begin with curiosity, engaging in deep listening and empathy to truly understand people, contexts, and systems. Through active inquiry, we analyze data, map needs, and synthesize insights to reframe problems. This process allows us to identify opportunities and guide our work with clarity and purpose.

Imagine

We seek to uncover collective intelligence and the art of imagination through hands-on collaboration and design. We nurture an environment where ideas flourish by listening deeply and designing with care. We balance strategic vision with tactical creativity, transforming insights into actionable, impactful solutions.

Gather

The heart of our process lies in bringing people together. We gather teams, communities, and people to collaborate, learn, and co-create in brave spaces that honor lived experiences. Adopting a trauma-informed approach ensures that our gatherings foster trust, inclusivity, and meaningful engagement.

Pilot

We turn ideas into action through hands-on prototyping and testing in real-life contexts. We iterate by doing and making, transforming concepts into tangible solutions. By embracing risk and gathering meaningful feedback, we ensure the outcomes are measurable and aligned with project goals.

Share

We believe in the generosity of storytelling. By evaluating, documenting and sharing lessons, knowledge, and experiences, we amplify impact and inspire others to join the journey of meaningful change.
